Shipping policy

  • Once we ship the item, 18F is not responsible for damaged, lost, or missing items by the carrier.

  • To ensure insurance of items in the rare instance that your order is damaged, lost, or missing feel free to choose priority mail at checkout.

  • All claims are the sole responsibility of the customer. You can file a claim with the carrier if the order is damaged, lost, or missing.

International taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All items ships from New Orleans. 

  • 18F  is not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries undeliverable addresses, or incorrect shipping addresses.

  •  Please ensure that you give your correct shipping information when placing an order to avoid any mishaps.
